Exchanges – Shop At Rags
We offer exchanges only within 10 days of delivery. We do not offer refunds at this time.
Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Items must be brand new, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Exchange request must be made within 10 days of delivery
How to Request an Exchange
To start an exchange, please email us at:

Include:
- Order number
- Item you want to exchange
- Size or item you want instead
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Exchange Shipping Fee
We offer prepaid return labels for your convenience.
A flat $10 exchange fee is required before your return label is issued. This helps cover return shipping and processing.
Shipping Process
- After payment, we will email you a prepaid return label
- Print and attach the label to your package
- Once we receive and inspect your item, your exchange will be shipped out
Important Notes
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Exchanges are processed after items are received and inspected
- If your requested item is unavailable, store credit may be issued

Items marked final sale are not eligible for exchange.
