Exchanges – Shop At Rags

We offer exchanges only within 10 days of delivery. We do not offer refunds at this time.


Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Items must be brand new, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Exchange request must be made within 10 days of delivery


How to Request an Exchange

To start an exchange, please email us at:

Include:

  • Order number
  • Item you want to exchange
  • Size or item you want instead

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.


Exchange Shipping Fee

We offer prepaid return labels for your convenience.

A flat $10 exchange fee is required before your return label is issued. This helps cover return shipping and processing.


Shipping Process

  • After payment, we will email you a prepaid return label
  • Print and attach the label to your package
  • Once we receive and inspect your item, your exchange will be shipped out


Important Notes

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Exchanges are processed after items are received and inspected
  • If your requested item is unavailable, store credit may be issued

Items marked final sale are not eligible for exchange.
